You are now listening to "truth" by Two-Mix if you are using IE, this is one of the songs of Detective Conan. This website was supposed to be for Detective Conan. It is my favourite anime as well as Gundam Wing. As it is still not shown in english yet, I decided to start this site instead.
I started out writing fanfics for Detective Conan and have only wrote an incomplete one in chinese. It had received good reviews from the webmasters/webmistress of Detective Conan sites that I had sent it to, I know since they emailed me to tell me how they liked it. The thing was that it had NEVER ended up on the sites and made me decide to stop writing it.
But however, I have been planning a crossover with Gundam Wing. So watch out for it in the future. I have to confess that I like Detective Conan better because it has everything that I could wish for. Adventure, mystery, murder, romance and a plot that had continued on for years unlike Gundam Wing which ended so early and leaving so many of us so disappointed.
Another thing why I like it is because it pays homage to my personal favorite author of all time - Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. My favourite story that he wrote is "the hound of the Baskervilles". It has been incorporated into so many stories and animes. Like the classic "curse of the family" killer (the hound) when in reality it is an ingenius murder plot.
My favorite anime episode would be the Two-Mix kidnapping featuring the song "break"
and my favorite manga story -the "Desperate Revival" series.
My only complaint about Detective Conan and as well as all japanese detective anime is - how the heck are we supposed to solve the code or puzzle when everything is in reference to japanese culture or language?.
Two things common about them both is Takayama Minami who is the
main vocal of Two-Mix (the group that sang the songs "just
communication", "white reflection" and etc). She's
the voice actress of Edogawa Conan 
and had sang some of its songs. The voice actress who does Dorothy also does the voice of Suzuki Sonoko.
One last thing I like about it is the songs that are very good
and have topped music charts in Japan before. And so are the
movies that had topped and broken the box office records before,
my favourite movie is "The Last Wizard of the Century".
kid the phantom thief, now that's another guy that you guys & gals
should love. He's cool, really cool.
For those who didn't know, the voice actress of Relena Peacecraft is also the voice actress of Crayon Shin - maybe that's why so many people don't like her so much. It is also possible that it inspired the creators to create Dorothy. While Dorothy could have inspired the creaters of Detective Conan to create Suzuki Sonoko. The voice actor for Heero Yuy who is so perfect in both his voice and character has also done the voice of Zelgadis of the Slayers.
One thing I hate about character image songs is that, when I spend money to buy or listen to them, I expect to actually close my eyes and visualize them singing. Listen to WuFei's song and you know what I mean. Heero Yuy's song is the perfect one, I could actually see Heero singing whenever I hear the song.
I don't know about you. Maybe it's because I like to read detective stories a lot. Instructor H (the one who designed Sandrock) looks a lot like Agatha Christie's Hercule Poirot to me.
